I'M TRICIA
WELCOME TO MY STUDIO
I create colorful, energetic, abstract paintings inspired by nature and community and I design thoughtful spaces that inspire family and friends to live their best lives.
Art is my passion. Growing up, the art studio was a familiar and comfortable place for me. Everything and anything filled my sketchbooks and colored my canvases, even floor plans. I studied art from a young age, but to be an artist takes more than passion, talent and education. One must find courage and resilience.
I began Tricia Caracappa Design after life opened my eyes to embrace my authentic, creative self. My path to being a full time artist was not a straight line from the art studios of my youth. After studying art for many years, I enjoyed a career in Corporate America where I learned the importance of collaboration, partnership, problem solving and leadership, qualities that I take with me as an artist and designer. I left Corporate America and studied interior design at Parsons before working at Carol Kurth Architecture and Interiors. I launched Tricia Caracappa Design in 2018 so that I could dedicate myself full time to creating and selling art and designing interiors for select clients.
I am so grateful for the blessings I have in my life and I hope to share those blessings with others. I believe the time we spend with each other is precious and I am motivated to help families and friends enjoy their time together. I hope that my art and designs inspire these important connections.
Thank you for visiting. Please don’t hesitate to contact me.
